Lindsay R. Hall Harrison – Florida Underwriting Counsel, Stewart Title Guaranty Company

Biography

Lindsay R. Hall Harrison is Florida Underwriting Counsel at Stewart Title Guaranty Company handling both residential and large and multi-state commercial real estate deals. Lindsay has previously practiced as a litigation attorney representing lenders and servicers in foreclosure proceedings throughout Florida’s courts, managing partner of a boutique real estate law firm and title company, and was previously Associate General Counsel of a large, national mortgage lender.

In her fourth term on the Board of Directors, Lindsay serves as the Chair of Government Affairs for the Florida Land Title Association. She is also co-Chair of ALTA’s PRIA Liaison Committee. She’s recently served as Business Co-Chair of the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA)’s Redaction Work Group, participated in Florida State Senator Kathleen Passidomo’s Task Force of Redaction and sat on the the American Land Title Association’s Real Property Records Committees where she co-authored the ALTA White Paper on Redaction.

Lindsay is an elected member of the City Council in Maitland, Florida, serves as the Scholarship Chair for the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.
